How Robin uses text messaging on behalf of the businesses that use it, and how you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
What is Robin?
Robin is an AI front desk and chief of staff that local businesses use to communicate with their customers by phone and text. When you reach a business that uses Robin, Robin may text you to reply to your call or message, share information, schedule or confirm an appointment, send a reminder, or follow up about your visit. Every message identifies the business you contacted.
Program and sender
Robin’s customer messaging program is operated by Epic Advisory Group, LLC, doing business as CLAWVR, and every message is sent on behalf of the individual local business you contacted. Each text identifies that business by name, so you always know who is reaching you. A typical message reads: "Hi, this is [Business Name]. Thanks for calling, how can we help?" Messages are transactional and relationship based, such as replies, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on your activity, and message and data rates may apply.
Consent and opt in
When you call or text a business that uses Robin, you consent to receiving text messages from that business in response. If you book or have an appointment with the business, you also consent to related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and a follow-up about your visit. These messages come only from the business you have a relationship with, never from third parties, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
Opt out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which Robin honors automatically. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Messages you may receive
You may receive replies to your calls and texts, appointment confirmations and reminders, and a follow-up or review request after a visit. You will not receive third-party marketing or unsolicited promotional texts. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointments, and message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Your phone number and conversation content are used only to provide the service for the business you contacted. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Conversation data is stored securely and is accessible only to the business you contacted and our team for the purpose of delivering the service.
