How you agree to receive text messages from a local business that uses Robin, what those messages are, and how to opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Your consent, in one line
You opt in by calling a business that uses Robin and hearing the spoken disclosure that we will text you. By staying on the call and replying to our text, you agree to receive customer-care texts from that business at the number you called from. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Texting is never required to do business with the company.
How you opt in
By calling a business that uses Robin and staying on the line for the spoken disclosure, you are agreeing to receive customer-care text messages from that business at the number you called from. Texting is not a condition of doing business — you can decline on the call, simply not reply, or reply STOP at any time, and you will receive no further texts. We only ever message someone who contacted the business first; we never text a number that did not call us.
What you hear when you call
When you call a business that uses Robin and the call is not answered live, you hear this disclosure before any text is sent:"Thanks for calling [Business Name]. Sorry we missed you. We'll text you from this number with customer-care help — replies to your question, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

A typical opt-in, step by step
- You call the business’s published number, which forwards to +1 (844) 982-5347, because you want to reach that business — for example, to ask a question or book an appointment.
- The business cannot answer live, so you hear a recorded disclosure that the business will text you from this number to help, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out.
- You receive the first text below from the business’s number. Hearing that disclosure on the call and replying is your opt-in — or you can reply STOP and receive nothing further.
- If you reply, the business assists you by text. Your inbound call and phone number are logged with a timestamp as the record of your consent.
The first text you receive
After you call, you receive a confirmation text from the business’s number that restates who it is and how to opt out:“Hi, this is [Business Name] (customer care via Robin). Sorry we missed your call! How can we help? Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Messages you may receive
These are customer-care and informational messages only — replies to your question, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. You will never receive marketing, promotional, or third-party messages on this number. Message frequency varies based on your own activity and appointments, and message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which is honored automatically and immediately — you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact the business directly. Opting out of texts never affects your ability to call or do business with the company.
How your consent is recorded
We record the inbound call and your phone number, with a timestamp, as the basis for replying to you, and we record any STOP request so it is permanently honored. Consumers who decline on the call or do not reply receive no further messages. Consent is kept as a direct, one-to-one record between you and the individual business you contacted.
Your opt-in data is never shared
Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. Robin (CLAWVR) acts solely as the messaging provider for the business you contacted — not a separate recipient of your consent. Your phone number and conversation are used only to help that business, and consent stays a direct agreement between you and that business.
