Is there a contract, and can I cancel anytime?
There are no contracts. Robin is month to month, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties and no hoops to jump through. We would rather earn your business every single month than lock you into fine print. If Robin is not pulling its weight, you are free to leave whenever you like.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Robin comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not the right fit, just contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. After that it stays month to month with no contract, so you are never stuck.
Is Robin compliant with texting rules (TCPA)?
