When a question falls outside that, Robin says so and hands it off
If a caller asks something Robin was not given an answer for, it tells them honestly that it will get a team member the details and have them follow up, then alerts you by text with the question and the caller's number.
You can keep teaching Robin over time
If the same kind of question keeps coming up, you can add it to what Robin knows so it is covered the next time, meaning the gaps get smaller the longer you use it, not the other way around.
