Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CLAWVR, a product of Epic Advisory Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at clawvr.com and any related services, software, or tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

CLAWVR provides custom AI automation consulting services. Our primary offering is the Automation Blueprint, a comprehensive document that analyzes your business workflows and delivers actionable automation recommendations. Each blueprint includes a complete workflow audit, savings estimate, quick wins plan, deployment roadmap, 12 custom SuperPrompts, integration map, and implementation options.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Fee Structure and Payment

Automation Blueprint: The Automation Blueprint is offered at a one-time flat fee of $497. There are no monthly subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no recurring charges for the blueprint itself.

Implementation Services: If you choose to engage us for done-for-you implementation, those services are quoted separately. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.

5. Refund and Money-Back Guarantee

If your Automation Blueprint does not identify at least 20 hours per week of automation potential for your business, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of blueprint delivery by contacting us at support@getclawvr.com.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The CLAWVR platform, brand, website, proprietary algorithms, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Epic Advisory Group, LLC.

Your Data: All business data you provide remains your property. We claim no ownership of your data.

Blueprint Outputs: Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Automation Blueprint for your internal business purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Portions of the Automation Blueprint are generated using artificial intelligence. While we engineer our systems to produce accurate, actionable recommendations, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You should apply your own professional judgment before implementing any recommendation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EPIC ADVISORY GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
