MIT License
The most permissive open-source software license — anyone can use, copy, modify, sell.
The MIT License (~170 words) lets anyone do anything with the code: use it, copy it, modify it, sell it, embed it in a commercial product. Only two conditions: (1) keep the original copyright notice, (2) no warranty. The CLAWVR open-source corpus (clawvr.com/tools) is MIT-licensed.
