Churn Rate
Percentage of customers who cancel a subscription in a given period.
Churn = (canceled subscriptions in period) / (total subscriptions at start of period). CLAWVR has minimal subscription revenue, but the Maintenance + Monthly Intelligence subscriptions need monthly churn under 5% to be healthy.
